Do not miss your chance to own a landmark in Lorain history. The Broadway Feed and Pet Supply building on Broadway! Recently rezoned as mixed use, this building has great income potential. The lower level is approved by the city for a restaurant, but can be used for several other business ventures. A lot of Structural work has already been performed. All you have to do is bring your vision, and make it come to life! Not only is the lower level a prime retail space in the heart of downtown, but the upper level has 3 units of living space! Two of the units have some framing and plumbing complete. With rent skyrocketing in the past few years, the upper level will be a big source of income for your portfolio. Blue prints have already been drawn for both levels, making the completion of this project much easier. Call your favorite Realtor and schedule your private tour today!
