Kristine's entire professional career has focused on sales, valuation analysis, negotiation, and execution of transactions. After graduating from college, where she majored in Marketing, she worked for Morgan Stanley and Xerox Corporation in New York City. Kristine received numerous awards during her career, was consistently recognized as a top achiever, and was applauded for her attention to detail and quality of work.
Kristine, who has been an agent for 23 years, is a consistent winner of the National Sales Excellence Award. She is also recognized as being in the top 1.5% of all real estate professionals in the United States (out of 1.6 million agents). Kristine is also in the leadership of the top 1% of real estate professionals in the State of Ohio.
Kristine is responsible for over $240 million in sales and has been involved in over 475 transactions. She has received numerous awards from The National Association of REALTORS® and the Ohio Association of REALTORS®. Kristine is knowledgeable in Real Estate Law, Finance, and Appraisal.
