"I cannot express how grateful my husband and I were to have Kristine as our realtor. We were living in Charlottesville, VA when my husband accepted a job in Cleveland. It was a pandemic, we had never been to Cleveland, and now we had to sell our current house and find a new house. We came to Cleveland for 4 days to see the area and look for a house. Kristine could not have been more personable or more prepared. She took more than 6 hours on our first day here to drive us around every neighborhood so that we could get a feel for the area and narrow down where we wanted to look for homes. Then she created custom binders with all of the listings in them, divided by neighborhood. We looked at over 30 homes in three days and we found a house! This was such a stressful decision, so she urged us to take our time and do as many walk-throughs as needed. We wound up walking through our new home 4 times in two days just to be sure. Kristine never flinched, she never seemed bothered or annoyed and she always provided amazing feedback. Also, since our house was not yet on the market in VA, we needed some help on the finance end here in Cleveland.
